BRYAN ALEXIS QUINTO GAMARRA, Extension worker
Bryan joined Plant Your Future after completing a technical placement internship at our nursery in
Iquitos, where he spent 90 days across two practical sessions honing his skills in nursery
management and plant care. During this time, Bryan demonstrated a keen ability to identify and
manage diverse plant species, which has become an invaluable asset in his current role. Now a full
member of the team, Bryan brings experience from his studies in forestry at the National University
of the Peruvian Amazon as well as his previous work in forest census and inventory, forest and
agroforestry plantation setup, nursery activities, and high-altitude pruning. Bryan’s proficiency in
GIS/SIG systems further strengthens his role in our reforestation projects, making him a critical
contributor to the success of our work to restore degraded lands.
