Carlos Regalado Cueva

Carlos is a Forester by training and has a passion for working with native species of the Amazon Rainforest. Prior to joining Plant your Future he worked with native species of the Amazon for Dipteryx SAC in their Research and Development tree nursery and plantations. At Plant your Future Carlos’ role involves overseeing operations on the ground across Huánuco, Loreto and Ucayali. This includes managing our field team in Peru and our operational planning and budget. He also plays a critical role in supervision of the technical elements of forest management of our agroforestry systems, from the nurseries to pruning, fertilization and pest control. Carlos has a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from National Agrarian University La Molina. In the future he would like to continue to develop the Seed Bank project, and gain a Masters degree in Agribusiness. In his free time Carlos likes to travel, and values spending time with family and friends.
